Before I booked I read some of the reviews and I was not sure if I wanted to booked at this hotel but I considered that was a branch hotel so I did it. Our stay was great the people at the front desk were really nice. Breakfast was great, good food and lots of options. I regret missing my bathing suite the small pool was great they have a whirlpool really inviting. Over all it was a great stay I really recommend this hotel.

I reserved this room because it is 0.6 miles, a 15 minute walk, from Mekong Restaurant. It is a Vietnamese place with good food and a great beer list. It was recently voted best beer bar in the country. The hotel was clean, the service was great, has an indoor pool and its about 16 miles from the airport.

i stay here everytime I am in Richmond. Suites are HUGE. Whether it is just me or 6 of us, it does the trick.

Nice hotel room.. better than most in Richmond. Front desk staff at night is very rude.

We stayed for two days on a romantic getaway. The staff member on duty went above and beyond to make our stay the very best. Not only did he offer us a better room when we arrived, he supplied us with coupons for free deluxe continental breakfasts for the entirety of our stay. In addition, he signed us up for the Priority Club (a free service) so that our stay would immediately accumulate points and would serve as an incentive to come back again. When we experienced trouble with our TV, he offered to immediately move us to another room. Turns out we didn't need to move, but it was good to know that staff was willing to make adjustments to make us happy. The only downside was the loud cleaning crew. However, when we called the front desk, the manager rectified the situation immediately. Can't ask for anything more. We will definitely stay at Holiday Inn West End again.
