  This was a good hotel. It is located right next to the Fontainebleau and SoHo Beach House. There is not much in the way of food around the area if your simply in town for business get delivery or go to the fontainebleau for dinner. They should not charge $10 for beach chairs on the beach in front of Four Points. It should be included.

  South Seas Hotel is only one of a huge choice of hotels on Collins and Oceanview Rds. I cannot write about value but the open dining room, pool area, and hammocks under the shade of palms trees with immediate access to the beach were all pluses. The "ocean view" room we reserved was termed an "obstructed view" when we checked in but the view turned out to be very acceptable. The breakfast did not provide much choice - bagels and croissants, juice, yogurt, limited choice of fruit, and good coffee. The decor of the public areas was modern and the staff pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
