  I have never stayed anywehere that the hotel staff, everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping was so personable and helpful and just upbeat. The rooms were semi outdated, but for the price I would stay there again. The neighborhood is kind of shaky, but plenty nearbye to do.

  Hotel is close to many great restaurants, bars in the downtown Spokane area. Also within walking distance to Spokane Arena, Convention Center and Opera House.

  It was nice to find a hotel that was close to the train station, and to find a place that still has smoking rooms! Thanks for the nice easy transaction :-)

  Convenient to Hospital,clean and friendly,however no disability bars etc in king bed rooms or two queen bed rooms only in queen bed room
