  There appear to be some housekeeping issues. Our first room stank of urine with some undefined wet spot on the couch. Fridge was dripping wet as well. They changed our room immed. Room comfortable enuf but cld not get an Internet connection even after talking to the help desk. Iron barely got warm. Housekeeping did not put away ironing board and iron and bathroom wasn't cleaned that well. On the up side, breakfast was great and breakfast staff was fantastic! Bartender was super nice as well. Front desk staff very helpful. All in all, wld stay there again

  Like the title says, you get what you pay for. It was the cheapest place in the historic district. Nothing fancy; just a small, clean room. Sheets, towels and bathroom were all nice and clean. Would stay there again for price and conenience.

  An older hotel, but well kept. No breakfast, but several good eateries within a stone's throw. The proprietor was an absolute joy: very polite, very nice, and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

  when first arriving at 4a.m.i was alittle hesitant but as soon as i entered the office the manager was there to greet me and said he was expecting us!!!. also an hour before i got there i called to tell him i was running real late and asked if he could put the a/c on in my room and he replied "i put it on for you already". what a nice man! i went to the room checked for bed bugs and looked around. no bed bugs and the room was clean. thats all i needed to see. i would definetley go there again!!!

  It was located in a very convenient location. Our toilet was not working and there was not a maintenance member on staff on staff afternoon at 5:30pm which is understandable but the reception desk attendant had it fixed before we came back and it worked for the remainder of the stay. I thought that was very good for them to be able to do that since there were no other vacancies in the hotel. Other than that we noticed it was an older hotel but they have done a good job keeping it clean and nice.

  Great bang for the buck but most importantly very clean & well maintained. Had never stayed @ a Comfort Suites before & we were very pleasantly surprised & impressed. We will consider this chain any time we travel now. St. Augustine is beautiful & we were just a short walk to the historic district.
