"Quit time away from home."

My husband and I needed time away from home. We are raising grand kids and just needed some time to ourselves. We have stayed there before and were pleased both stays. This is an older building and is in need of some upgrades. But all in all was a comfortable place to stay. We did enjoy our stay.
"Will stay here again...."

We enjoyed the stay in Pigeon Forge and will stay here again. The Jacuzzi was nice and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable too. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The only thing I wasn't impressed with is the wifi. We never could get it to work. I called the front desk to ask about it and no one answered. They did respond quickly when I couldn't get the Jacuzzi to work. I just didn't see the on/off switch! Overall it was a nice night. Didn't get breakfast there so I can't comment on it.
"Construction next door was an issue."

The room was average. The carpets and seats in the room had stains. The beds were average in comfort. The employees were all great and courteous. There was a structure being built next door and I was awakened at 7:30 am with banging from the construction crew. That was a major issue for me because I was hoping to sleep in on two occassions and they woke me up early on both those days. I dont know what the hotel could do about that but it was my biggest complaint and really my only major issue.
