  I've stayed here a number of times, and probably will stay here on future visits to Fort Myers. The location is pretty central to most things in the Fort Myers area, as long as you have a car. It's in a fairly quiet neighborhood, mostly office buildings. Within a mile or two in either direction on Colonial Boulevard, you'll find fast-food places, gas stations and 7-Elevens. A little farther west, you'll cross the Route 41 commercial highway. To the east a few miles, close to I-75, you'll find Wal-Mart, Target and other chain stores. The hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant or bar or conference rooms, so it's quiet. Another nice thing is that the public-use computer is right in the lobby across from the registration counter, which I think encourages people to limit their computer use to just a few minutes. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the beds are comfy. The TV has two HBO channels, a lot of sports channels and a few other cable networks and local stations. At least you don't have to block any X-rated smut. I've had a few minor complaints: This last time the air conditioner didn't get the room cold enough for me, and on a previous visit the fan in the bathroom was very loud. But these are small problems, and won't keep me from returning to this hotel.

  Room was clean and air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was just "OK", staff were friendly and helpful.

  I thought the hotel itsself was nice, but I didn't feel like a valued guest. It was a nice building, but I feel like there could be more work in the hospitality aspect.
