The staff was extremely courteous, and helped us with our room when the door lock would not work when we checked in. Rooms were clean, but had the 70's feel with lime green comforters that were shaped to the bed and thin. Detail painting needed to be done and carpets replaced. The doors themselves secured, but were not snug with the frame so you could see light come in from the sides. Touches of elegance like chandeliers over some of the doors with dirty/old carpets made it feel like it was an old hotel that was taken over and was slowly upgrading the premises. The breakfast was great and the staff was great. No complaints about any staff.

If your looking for a clean neat room with everything the $100/night hotels have except the large rooms, this is it.

We enjoyed the hotel and loved the room but the pool parties were endless on Saturday and we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub and pool like we wanted to. We booked a room pool side for that reason and sat. from 2pm to 10pm there were screaming children in the pool area and in the hot tub even though a sign posted stated no one under 17 allowed. Otherwise the staff and everything was exceptional.

I was very impressed with the quality of the room. The staff was very nice and attentive to my needs. So much, for a more than reasonable price. My wife and I will definitely stay there again.

It was just fine. Considering there was a terrible storm and the power was out for a while. The desk clerk on duty was very helpful and took into consideration the problem. Power was out for many establishments in the area.
