"Great comfort and service"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 6, 2012
Staff was terrific. Everything was fresh and hip including a great new design for the lobby. Wonderful take on eggs benedict as room service breakfast. Only downside, they charge for wireless on site and by the page for printing in the business office.
"Nice, comfortable and simple"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Stayed three nights for business. No issues at all. Everything was clean and to order. Asked for room away from elevators because some other reviewers said their was a noise issue. So I had NO noise issue at all. Overall, its a convenient, moderately priced hotel in the downtown area with no frills. Perfect for what I needed.
"nice place to stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
The room was a little small but clean. It was close the interstate but I didn't notice a lot of noise from there and our room was on that side. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so so, but a lot better than what most hotels call a "continental breakfast" these days.

The hotel is an easy walk to many sites, shoppes and restaurants. Our room was small with the television places at an awkward angle. The complimentary breakfast was ample and very nice. In addition, the complimentary "happy hour" was a pleasant surprise with various selections of wine or beer. The hotel would benefit with some updating including better lighting.

"Not quite what I expected"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
I had a great time visiting Denver and being centrally located was a major plus. When first looking for the hotel I drove past because the parking garage wasn't clearly marked and street parking in that neighborhood is obviously a problem. The hotel appears to be a renovated apartment building which gave the suite a different feel. The layout was great but the furniture and decor were sub par except for the bed which was quite comfortable. Overall it was a very dated looking suite for the money. Also for not being busy the restaurant and room service were quite proud of their food $$$
"off the highway"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Rooms are nice and clean. Close to highway so some noise. If you are driving south on I-25 very easy to get to. 10 min drive to downtown 16th street mall. Not alot open after 10pm nearby. people at desk very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable, rooms are good size.
