  Stayed three nights for business. No issues at all. Everything was clean and to order. Asked for room away from elevators because some other reviewers said their was a noise issue. So I had NO noise issue at all. Overall, its a convenient, moderately priced hotel in the downtown area with no frills. Perfect for what I needed.

  The room was a little small but clean. It was close the interstate but I didn't notice a lot of noise from there and our room was on that side. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so so, but a lot better than what most hotels call a "continental breakfast" these days.

  Staff was super friendly. Nice facility to eat the contiental breakfast in.

  It was fine , some really noisy neighbors were the only problem at all

  I had to wait over five minutes to get checked in while the staff had personal time in the back room. Hallways smelled like skunk. And when I asked if the bead show was right next door at the merchandise mart the lady said " I don't know where your events are located!" . I mean come on they have signs in the hotel to direct you to the merchandise mart but they don't know what is going on. Totally rude.
