  Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and great value for the money! The young man at the front desk was very helpful with directions and suggestions for dining. We were pleasantly surprised with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The only negative comments that I have are that the lobby windows were dirty, and that the baseboards in our bathroom needed cleaning. Other than those two small items, it was perfect. The free wireless internet, and free parking topped off a great stay.

  every year we go to the NAMM show and it was the first time we tried your hotel and I can bet you we will be back next year and the following ones. excellent service , extremely pleased and so were my employees. thanks again for a wonderful stay

  My friend and I pre-booked the shuttle from the hotel to the cruiseship terminal. The shuttle was late. I called (long distance from my Canadian cell phone) the shuttle company and was on hold for 4 minutes. I hung up and asked the concierge for helpful. She called and was put on hold for some time. She finally got to speak to an operator who in turn called the driver for us. Thank you, again.

  If you don't mind scaled down accomodation, this is a really reasonably priced hotel nicely centrally located. There aren't any extras. Expect cereal and toast for breakfast (bare basics, but more than some hotes offer) and you do get free parking and wi fi. So as long as you're not expecting to spend time in your room, this would suit you quite nicely!

  Good service and convenient location. I thought there would be more jet noise, but there was not. Area could use a few more restaurants for choice.
