  Very comfortable stay. Hotel offers great extras, such as complimentary parking and a nice happy hour. The access to the hotel is a bit uncomfortable due to the location of the property and L.A. traffic. Great if you're visiting UCLA or area nearby.

  The hotel restaurant menu was a bit limited; however, there are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The room was beautifully appointed, quality of the service excellent, and walking distance to UCLA campus. It was a pleasure to stay at such a lovely hotel.

  The Laac is fine old building and within walking distance of the disney concert hall and other sights. The room we had was large and well appointed but had a 1930's bathroom. Unfortunately, the main dining area was closed for renovation and, as usual, no mention of that was made when booking. They do have an attached parking building with a low daily rate of $12 and breakfast included. Overall, a good if not great stay.

  Was great and we travel alot we would love 2 stay at 4point sheratons just we feel alittle ripped of about the 2 queen size beds we booked it was not a real queen size bed it was very small we think we deserve a discount thank u!!!

  The stay was good & view was very nice; location was central. Appreciated the parking validation across the street. However, the long check-in line; no one informed me re: parking when I checked-in; the comforter was stained badly in between the covers which was not visible outside. However, saw it upon waking up in the morning & it is very concerning. Could hear the activities in the bathroom next door - shower opening, water draining, toilet flushing & all the fights & conversations. Privacy is compromised.
