Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012The rooms are better than I thought. Good TV channels, fast wi-fi connection, decent breakfast and clean room. They even offered to arrange for shuttle bus if you have to catch the next morning early flight. The guy at the counter was nice and helpful. The noise level was tolerable, after all this is an airport hotel. What else do you expect (LOL). One little thing though, they should mention that you have to call the hotel for the shuttle when you arrive. Other than that nothing negative. Good hotel!

Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012The best thing about this hotel is the location, steps from the Metro Red Line subway stop at Hollywood and Western (LA has a subway? Who knew?!) and authentic Thai and Armenian restaurants. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and in good condition overall, but a little dingy and musty. Not a honeymoon spot but decent for a stopover or a few days of exploring Hollywood.
