This hotel was the cheapest quality hotel in LA. It offeres convenient access to La Brea Tar Pits and museums by bus, which saves on expensive parking fees in LA. It's also close to a metro train station. The hotel itself offers free, relatively secure parking underneath the hotel. The hotel is currently being remodeled, but there wasn't any noise at night or on Saturday during our visit. I can't speak for during the week. There was a huge group of younger people who made quite a bit of noise at night. The free breakfast was good. The nieghborhood itself offers mainly cheap restaurants. It's a good value if you want to stay in this part of LA.

I was happy about the room, but not Hotels.com. It showed $0.00 in tax when I was booking the room , didn't realize that the amount that Hotels.com showed me didn't included taxes and service fees. Free parking , very simple breakfast, walls were a little bit thin, air-conditioner was a little bit loud . Overall not bad for the price.
