Overall stay was good. Did not really use any of the amenities. The room was clean and the hotel staff very helpful. The heat/ac unit was very loud and difficult to control. Lots of road construction going on around the hotel site which made more difficult to get around.
"Good value for the price"

Although not in the best part of town, this hotel is very convenient for anyone visiting Texas Wesleyan University, as I was. It's not that pretty on the outside, but the rooms are recently redecorated and very comfortable. The staff is helpful, and the breakfast is very good. Overall, a great value.

The room was clean. Got a great deal for it. Quiet very quiet. Beds were fluffy, bathrooms were clean and TV was great. I liked that. We stayed on the top floor and the view was gorgeous at night. It was a great part of downtown, walking distance to shops etc....Free parking? Forget about it! 11 dollars to park in the back lot fenced in behind the hotel...uncovered mind you...I paid for the first night but I parked on the street for FREEEEEEEEEEEEE the other nights. Also...free breakfast...nada...you wont be getting that there. They had a restaurant and the prices were okay. I didn't eat there. There was a gift shop and little place where you could buy quick snack, but that was pricy.. OH and customer service was good. Nice people (front desk as well as valet...btw valet cost more ofcourse) .I wouldn't stay there again, but I would recommended it to people.
