We were in a pet friendly room, so I do not think it had undergone renovations like some other rooms have. The bedding seemed new and the room was still comfortable. It's an incredible value for pets because there is only a one-time $15 pet fee. Even if you're only staying one night with a pet, this hotel is still considerably more affordable than the La Quinta in town (albeit not a nice). We come to Kingsland regularly for my husband's work and this hotel will be our go-to spot from here on out.

This was everything you'd want from a low-budget motel - basic amenities with absolutely no issues (see my other reviews for issues). We stayed in room 206.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly. We needed a place to stay for the night and a clean room and shower, and this was just that. There are a lot of restaurants very closely located so it was very easy to grab a bite to eat and get back on the road in the morning. Thanks again to the staff for being so friendly and making me a great cup of coffee.
