  The hotel and room was very good for a beach front. Not as beat up as most. The pool was old but clean, indoor and heated. Nice hot tub. Convenient elevators from parking area. Some covered spaces, ample open parking, Both free. All rooms have nice balcony but gulf view limited. Breakfast was meager but area clean and comfortable.

  Enjoyed our stay very much will be going back for sure the staff was very polite and tried to help with every problem and did it in a timely manner!!

  My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon...the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we loved the private balcony. Overall stay was satisfactory.

  The room is clean and comfortable, the location is great, walking distance to most of the restaurants. The only one thing that can be improved is the service for the breakfast. It seems that there were only 3 waiters to serve, we (7 of us) were there sitting in 2 different tables, one waiter took the order and left the other table waiting. When the food were served, other 3 of us were still waiting for the waiters to take our order after several reminders. When the food were served, we did not have the fork nor knif. We had to serve ourselves by walking to the counter and asked for them. It took another several reminders to ask for the bill before we can take off.

  The only reason I gave overall a 4 is because I signed a bar tab (on my ATM card) for a certain amount, then I noticed it was $9.00 + more taken from my on-line bank account. I called and complained and it was corrected to the correct amount but with no phone call explanation. I think the bartender tried to get over on me but I caught them. I love the hotel, I will just never open a bar tab there again. I will pay cash one drink at a time in Jiggers. I like your hotel enough that I have stayed 3 times already for business trips and I booked a room for July 3rd, 4th, 5th, & 6th to spend some vacation R&R time. Really nice place and nice staff.
