"Great location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
Clean rooms and great location. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean, with a small desk area - would be a great business stay for someone on a work trip. Free WiFi, free coffee and tea in the lobby (although the milk was usually out) and nearby the convention center (less than 5 min walk). Nearby to food, shopping, and bars.
"positive stay and satisfactory"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
Friendly speaking, my stay was short one night; but it was comfortable. Hotel location, cleanliness of room and qualty of service.

"one night"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
Stayed Saturday night for a meeting following Sunday morning. Very clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Staff are very pleasant, including cleaning staff. Good location for center city. Many restaurants within walking distance. Price of parking is steep but valet was expedient. Would stay again.
"Will come back"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
We were trying to avoid the high parking fees of downtown hotels. Aloft is a very comfortable hotel with very modern decor and a low nightly parking fee.

Great location. Nice enough room. Terrible service in the restaurant...that hotel is never prepared with sufficient restaurant staff when a large group is on property.
"Polite service=enjoyable stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
It was my first time in Philadelphia and I didn't have someone to guide my stay. I wanted somewhere nice in a convenient location and I feel like that is what I got. The only complaint I have is that when I booked my room I was under the impression that the hotel included parking and when I arrived I had to pay $64 for 3 days parking. Luckily it was located across the street so at least it was convenient.
