  Clean rooms and great location. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean, with a small desk area - would be a great business stay for someone on a work trip. Free WiFi, free coffee and tea in the lobby (although the milk was usually out) and nearby the convention center (less than 5 min walk). Nearby to food, shopping, and bars.

  Friendly speaking, my stay was short one night; but it was comfortable. Hotel location, cleanliness of room and qualty of service.

  From the time we arrived the door attendant was very helpful. Although we did not appreciate the passing from the door attendant, to the valet, to the bell hop. Make sure you have money to leave tips. To add, the valet parking was $46 a day. We did not trust the other parking around the corner. They have free WiFi in their Sole Cafe next to the lobby, but there are no outlets. If you use the WiFi in your room, the charge is $10 a day. Overall I would have to say the hotel is lovely, the rooms are very clean and everyone is of service to you. I would stay at the Loews again.

  But not much around, dining was a distance... Hotel was clean and room was cozy and comfortable.

  The Hop On Hop Off tour bus picks up there, which I didn't realize when booking the hotel, but that was a nice convenience. Our view was terrible, but it didn't matter; we weren't in the room much. When I booked it, however, I was under the impression the views were to be especially nice. Oh well. Room was very comfortable; staff was perfect.

  Great location. Nice enough room. Terrible service in the restaurant...that hotel is never prepared with sufficient restaurant staff when a large group is on property.
