  I had called ahead to request an early check-in and they were able to get us into a room around 11:15 am. Their shuttle service was very accommodating as well. They took us to a bar about 1.5 miles away and came and picked us up sometime after midnight. The cleaning crew could try to keep their voices down a bit in the morning as they were talking somewhat loudly outside our door at one point, but other than that this was a great hotel.

  Great location - literally a 3 minute shuttle drive to the airport. Plus convenient long term parking as part of the room rate. Will definately use this hotel again when flying out of CLE.

  The hotel is great. I do have one suggestion. The valet needs to be improved. We waited at least 20 mins even after calling in advance to get our car.
