  the staff was wonderful, I definitely recommend the hotel for their friendliness and central location. Parking was easy either on the private street or in the parking deck. Definitely try the cookies that are complimentary at the front desk!!!

  What an unusual hotel! The hotel is built in an old arcade, which the rooms still overlook. The rooms are exactly what you would expect from a Residence Inn (comfortable, no fuss), but the hotel itself is quite extraordinary. The amenities are great (free coffee, fruit, candies, even free billiards). The location is fantastic - just around the corner from the lively East 4th street (think restaurants, bars, fairy lights) and down the street from the ever popular Horseshoe Casino. Very central. We'll be back for sure.

  We could walk to my appointments and the shuttle will take you to nearby places and they run all over the campus. This is so convenient.

  Perfect hotel to stay in if you are attending a show in the Playhouse Square District. We used the pool, hot tub, and the fitness center twice.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and lobby was neat and clean. Walking distance to many things. We will definately go back!

  I have stayed here twice now. The staff is extremely friendly and the hotel rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is rather off the beaten path, but I really enjoy staying here. The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent as well.
