Great location. We even tried to extend our visit we liked it so much. Comparatively speaking, the rates were very reasonable. It would be nice if Honolulu did something about their homeless population, but even they were engaging and harmless.

This hotel really is in a great location, convenient to all the shopping/dining/nightlife of Waikiki. We chose it because it was billed as a resort/spa. Unfortunately, we later learned the prices of the spa were outrageous ($500 for a 2 hour massage, etc). Also, the pool was super tiny. I guess they did not feel the need to build a nice pool since they are across the street from Waikiki beach. The room was fare enough, and the staff was very professional & courteous.

We really enjoyed staying at the New Otani, and as our stay progressed, we came to realize it's in the perfect location if you plan to stay on the west side. It's away from the busy-touristy feeling of downtown waikiki, but so close you can easily take a really peaceful beautiful walk to the heart of waikiki whenever you want. Our room was smaller than we expected, and we didn't get a king as expected, but it was very clean and the Ocean Supreme (ocean and waikiki) view was really really nice. The breakfasts were really very good (we didn't eat dinner there because it was so expensive). We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Though they had internet and electrical problems, which resulted in us not being able to get into our room. They did move us to a new room with a better view. So that was nice.

The time share was very well located and clean. Only complaint was noise...could hear footsteps above and some noise from fellow guests next door. The views were great but would have liked a bit more space in the studio. Overall, a very nice stay.

clean, good location, staff very helpful. Friendly Krishna at front desk helped us several times during the week. Would visit again. Get an ocean front room with lanai facing the beach. worth the extra money. Partial view may face an alley.
