This hotel really is in a great location, convenient to all the shopping/dining/nightlife of Waikiki. We chose it because it was billed as a resort/spa. Unfortunately, we later learned the prices of the spa were outrageous ($500 for a 2 hour massage, etc). Also, the pool was super tiny. I guess they did not feel the need to build a nice pool since they are across the street from Waikiki beach. The room was fare enough, and the staff was very professional & courteous.

The only problem was that the room in the hotel was not supported by the Ala Mona Hotel so if we needed to have the TV looked at we would have to call another number for service or for any other service.
