  Rooms are kinda small but for the price,location and how clean and comfortable the room was it is worth it. Pool area awesome. Definetly would stay in the studio next time. If you can get a corner room facing the beach - great view and more balcony space. Restaurant open way into the a.m. Would recommend this place and will return.

  Wonderful, relaxful, enjoyable, close to beach, International Market Place, and bus service. Great hotel. Have stayed at Park Shore eight times, and still enjoy staying there. Will go again in two years.

  Great location! Close to everything. Great view of canal. Parking spot was never available but quickly resolved . Air conditioner was very noisy ,and the one in the living room never worked except for the fan the whole stay , fortunately we didn't need it very much. The pull out bed was in very bad shape. Everything was clean, kitchen and bathroom arrangement was very convenient with 2 kids. the lanai was fantastic, managers were very nice and considerate of our late arrival and late departure. Would definitely stay there again!
