  Crystal Inn met all my expectations for a budget overnight stay. The exceptional breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations.

  Hotel is clean. Location is fine. Room is very nice. Bed is comfortable and has a layer of memory foam which makes it very comfortable for me at least. Bathroom was nice with quality clean towels. Only down side is the free breakfast is not much of a breakfast. It is one of the most minimal free breakfasts I have seen offered at a hotel. Still worth the stay though, just grab a bite for breakfast elsewhere if needed like I chose to do.

  I loved the beds they are soooooo comfortable. The only complaint I have is the free breakfast that was offered in the restaurant joined to the hotel was the worst breakfast I have ever eaten in my life. I would suggest the guests go elsewhere for breakfast away from the hotel. I also thought the pool was in a strange place. In the middle of the hotel out in the open and absolutely no privacy whatsoever.

  The room was very nice and refreshingly differently decorated. Breakfast was good and our newly aquired puppy was welcome. We will stay there again for sure as it is easy to get to from the airport and close to the 3 main highways we use to get around the Salt Lake area.

  The desk represenative was exceptional in friendliness, helpfulness, and cheerfulness. The amenities of the hotel included free shuttle to and from the airport, free parking up to two weeks, and located just 15 minutes from the airport itself. The breakfast was more than adequate and very good. The only negative is just the location of the hotel in a unattractive area though there are two or three other hotels located close by. The price was very reasonable considering everything available.
