Great place. Quiet. Great Staff. I'll be back again.
"Secluded but you can almost see the freeway"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
My wife and I made a last minute decision to go to Temecula for a 24-hour vacation. We had wine to pick up, and the weather turned nice, so away we went. It was Valentine's Day weekend with a couple of holidays mixed in, so there were a lot of travellers in Temecula. The only room we could find at a decent place was at the Temecula Creek Inn. We had never stayed there before, but we decided to give it a try. (insert paragraph here) It was somewhat off the beaten path, well close to the beaten path to Pechanga and not that far from Old Town, but it was a little longer trip to the wine country. All rooms had patios or balconies facing the golf course, so every room had a pretty nice view. It had a rustic feel, it was an older place but pretty well maintained. Lot of trees and hills for a woodsy effect. We had dinner at the restaurant, and it was a good enough reason to stay there again. We had a terrific, relaxing meal, watching golfers putt out on 18. There was a special Valentine's Day menu, and the chef seems to take a lot of pride in creating special dishes. (insert paragraph here) Our room was fine, quiet, peaceful, temperature control device made no noise. Bathroom was well designed with a vanity inside the bathroom and one outside. The room was amply sized, and as said before, we had a patio on the golf course. I would definitely stay there again, and I rate it #3 of all the places to stay in Temecula.
