"Beautiful Suite...very nice rooms"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
The suite we stayed in was very beautiful. We stayed in about six different rooms during a three week stay in Reno. All the rooms were very nice. The only draw back to the hotel as a whole was the cigarette smoke which was on the main level and at times in the elevator and halls. The buffet is awesome and very well priced.

"Good 3-day stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Receptionist is friendly. Hotel outside appearance is OK but carpet in hallway and elevator is very old. Strong contrast to this, room is apparantly newly updated, very clean. My room is on 4th floor (top of the building). I like the high ceiling and spacious room. It has a small kitchen and refri which is not mentioned in website, supprise! Best breakfast beats all others I ever had in other hotels.

"weekly business Trips to Reno"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
The Eldorado Hotel has excellent service from the moment you drive into the valet parking, front desk, bellman and all around service.. The staff is pleasant and attentive to your needs throughout the Casino. I have stayed at all the others in the city. Eldorado Hotel is my favorite..
"Clean and comfortable"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 29, 2012
The hotel and room was clean, easy parking, and convenient location with several dining options and shopping nearby. Many reviews note the firm mattresses as being unpleasant, but the three of us found them comfortable. Only drawback is the thin walls....we could hear running on the floor above, and alarm clocks and loud talking in neighboring rooms, but it wasn't bad enough to disrupt our rest. It was a great choice for our needs, and it was great being able to prepare snacks and breakfast in the room, on our own schedule.
