Great price, great proximity to the Reno-Sparks Events Center, clean, quiet location - I had a second floor room that overlooked the pool. I had no issues, but was only there for a night. I'd stay again.

It was a little pricey for the hotel type. Bathroom sink was old and dirty.

Close to downtown reno without having to stay in a casino. Reasonably quiet. Room and bathroom were clean but beds were very hard and pillows were terrible. Front desk people were very nice. Breakfast was included and had varied choices. I would stay there again for the price but would have to think twice about the bed.

The first room we were given had a broken heater and only blew cold air. Not okay when it's below 40 degrees outside and in your room. Desk clerk gave us a new room with working heater. We requested a late check-out of 1pm that was granted since bookings were slow. Moral of the story - ask and you shall receive. Very happy with the customer service. Room was clean and neat. Nothing fancy but perfect if you just need a place to rest your head. House keeping did a great job. Located right across the street from UNR and within one mile of downtown and within blocks of freeway.
