"Great spot!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
This hotel is in the perfect spot for those who want to be able to walk out their door and into the heart of Gatlinburg. The only knock is there is no wifi in the tower section of the property.

Overall River Terrace was nice. Great location-loved being on the river. We enjoyed the fireplace. Only complaints are the rooms were a little outdated & our commode rocked. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
"nice place for a small stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
the room was nice and we loved the fireplace in the room and the balcony overlooking the water. staff was friendly. only negative was they ran out of milk and juice at the breakfast so there was food but nothing to drink BOTH MORNINGS so I guess they only keep 1 gallon of each so if you don't get there early, your out of luck!
"Wintertime getaway close to national park"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 20, 2013
This was a nice wintertime getaway. Close to Ober Gatlinburg ski resort and Smoky Mountain National Park. Hotel is old but clean and convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and hiking trails.

Great friendly service. Room was updated and very nice. The shower was not as hot as i like but was tollerable. Would stay here again.
"Very nice staff"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 19, 2013
The hotel was not within walking distance to much, but I knew that when I booked. It was clean, the breakfast was adequate for us, and having the real fireplace was nice.
"Nice Hotel, Small Rooms"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 15, 2013
The Reagan Resorts Inn is actually a very nice hotel but it with its best feature being that it is right on the main strip in Gatlinburg and you can walk anywhere so you don't have to worry about even moving your car the entire stay. As far as the hotel itself the rooms were a little on the small side (at least with the king size bed that we had) and they could use some updating but I've seen much worse hotels in the area. Back to parking, as some other reviews stated the parking is actually pretty tight and I would have hated to try to get a large truck or van into one of the tiny spots. Be aware of that if you do drive a large truck on your vacation.
