My daughter an I stayed here for the weekend for convention at St Charles Convention Center. Evening staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean but, bed was very hard. I almost felt like the floor would of been softer. Pool was open but part of area next to pool was sectioned off for repair to ceiling that had fallen. Breakfast was fair. Not the best I've ever had. Overall, for the price I would consider staying again.

it was wonderful, our pets could come with us and very clean, we had a wonderful stay and if in the area we would stay again, the money for our stay that we paid was very resonable.

I've stayed at Super 8 hotels before so I knew what to expect...nothing extravagant or luxurious. All we needed was a place to crash after a night out and thats exactly what we got. However, surprisingly our room was extremely clean and smelled very fresh. The staff was super helpful and friendly and even called us after we got to our room to ensure our satisfaction. There was a surprise $50 deposit for a non-smoking room, but it was promptly returned at check-out.

I chose this hotel for the price, free parking, free wifi, mircrowave and fridge availability in the rooms. I took a road trip with my family and needed to have a fridge available for keeping my 1 year old's milk fresh. The room was bigger than expected and had a full kitchen in the room. After seeing the room, the rates were much cheaper than the hotels located right in the downtown area. The location was only a few minute drive to downtown so this was convenient for us. The hotel was kept neat but could use new carpet and a coat of new paint on the walls. The exterior was kept clean and well maintained. The area is more industrial and not a bad neighborhood, just industrial. A well known site, Crown Candy Kitchen is a few blocks down the street. The service was great and very friendly. We stayed for 2 nights and had no complaints. They had a waffle maker for breakfast along with cereals, bagels, danishes, a few fruits, juices and coffee. My son loves waffles, so making fresh waffles worked out well for us. I'd stay here again.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to answer any questions. The breakfast was nice, afternoon snacks appreciated and on-site parking was a plus. The hotel room was slightly smaller than expected and the bed and bath linens could have been a bit nicer. Overall, for the price, it was a good experience.
