  Just fine for a bachelorette weekend. Wish the beds would have been comfier. Also had confirmation of two queens and was given a king. We needed the two queens. But they would not accomadate us.

  This hotel is virtually ON the Barnes medical campus, so if you need to visit the medical center or Wash U Med School, this is the most convenient hotel. The accommodations are not luxurious but they are perfectly fine: clean and comfortable, with a friendly staff who want to please their guests. There are quite a few very good, high quality restaurants within walking distance (~5 blocks) from the hotel, and you can also walk just a few blocks to Forest Park. Free WIFI is offered, but only in the lobby, where they also have a couple of computers for guests to use.

  Good location for downtown events. An older hotel, but the staff was helpful. My only complaint was the bed, which was rather narrow for a queen, and too soft for comfort. Good, secure parking. The complimentary food was geared more towards children than adults, so it would be great for a family.

  Loved the new large shower and hot water. Bed very comfortable. Bell boy pleasant. Three light bulbs were out when I arrived in two lamps. The bell boy called housekeeping but no one came. I enjoyed me stay and would stay again.
