"Love being across from the marina"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was just what we needed for the night. Very convenient to downtown and the view from our window was looking out over the marina. I'd gladly stay there again. It's great for the money.

"Perfect Location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
Church Street Inn affords the perfect location for downtown Charleston. The staff was friendly and helpful with all requests. I would recommend that the sofa beds be replaced. It was the worst I've ever been on. However, as soon as the front desk was notified of the problem, an air mattress was delivered that was alot more comfortable. Housekeeping didn't go out of their way to clean the room, but we weren't that dirty. (The trash can could have been emptied more frequently in all the rooms.) Would I stay here again? Definitely! Thanks for the southern hospitality. Our ladies weekend was wonderful!
"Great location!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
I went to Charleston with my husband and daughter for one night. It was a quick trip to see the musical Wicked and we wanted something in the historic district. You just can't beat the location. Walking distance to everything including the aquarium. We ate at Hank's for dinner which is right by the hotel and it was great. We also took a carriage ride which you can catch right at the hotel. I wouldn't say the hotel is luxurious, but it was nice and comfortable. We stayed in a 2 room suite. It was 2 levels. The lower level was a living area and wet bar with a sofa bed. The second level was a bedroom and an extremely small bathroom.
