  This hotel is an easy 2-3 mile drive from the historic downtown sights for a significantly lower rate than a downtown hotel. They have an hourly shuttle in the evenings too. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a good value. We were very satisfied.

  Our room was really nice, comfortable and clean. There were 4 events going on at the hotel the night we were there and only 2 elevators were in service. Because they are old they are slow. Getting up and down to and from your room often was a long wait. Trying to get a bell hop to move luggage was not easy either. We had to get a cart and move our luggage ourselves once because we couldn't find anyone. I think there is a lot of renovation going on because our room was very nice and well appointed. For the price, it was worth it.

  This is a new hotel that is in a neighborhood that is going through a lot of renovation. It was very nice and the service was great. I wish there had been better parking options, but that is more of a city issue. Being an old city there are few on street parking spots. My only real complaint is that the restaurants' coffee was way too strong. It was like mud.The bed was very comfy and although it is on a busy street, things quieted right down at night.Great for business or pleasure.
