I really enjoyed it. The staff was nice except the lady who came to the door trying to act like I was trying to stay without permission at checkout. She looked at me with attitude, but she cleared it with the head lady. Otherwise, the service was good and the lady in the front and the man were very helpful with giving directions and telling me about malls and different attractions in the area. It is very low cost and really nice.

During our stay, the hotel was undergoing a major renovation, which we knew ahead of time (thus, the reason for the "3" rating). The lobby, bar and restaurant area in the main building were being worked on. Upon our arrival we hoped to have a cocktail in the bar, but instead were served a cocktail in the breakfast area. The drinks were not good; I had an Emerald Cooler that tastes like syrupy Koolaid. Specialty drink menu needs updating. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. Thomas at front desk upgraded our room so that we had a view of the ocean. Our room was in a building not affected by the construction, so we had peaceful sleep. Our room and bedsheets were very clean and smelled good. I loved the free movies on DVD from the Redbox-like kiosk in the lobby. Our room was very nicely appointed with a fridge, microwave, safe, free WIFI, dvd player, cable, very comfortable bed. I don't believe our room had undergone any renovation, but it was still very nice. The pool below our room was empty (for renovation? maintenance?), but we had an incredible view of the beach, and a nice patio to sit on to enjoy morning coffee. One day we walked on the beach, from the boardwalk attached to the hotel, very convenient. GORGEOUS! Lobby had fresh coffee each morning. And The Waffle House was nearby for breakfast, and Destin was 5-10 minutes away for lunch and dinner. Loved our stay! I would definitely stay here again!

I am an avid reader of reviews before I book hotels. We stayed at these condominiums at the end of July. I looked at many places and this seemed like the best deal and it was. The place was AMAZING!! Right on the beach with great views. Two large pools were great for our kids. The 3 bedroom condo was FANTASTIC!! It was huge, plenty of room, and beautiful! I liked that we did not have a lot of noise and traffic in the area. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. We will definitely be back =)

We were surprised to find out upon our arrival that there was a housekeeping charge. This was never mentioned in any conversation with the hotel. Also, there was never a mention that we had to sign in at an off location site. These might be minor, but they both made for our initial contact ackward. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful. Thank you.
