  We booked late for a competition at the Gaylord Convention Center. This hotel was in a beautiful, historic area. The surroundings were safe. MANY places to eat and shop. The staff was accommodating and helpful. I would stay again in a second.

  It would have been nice to know they charge 19 dollars a night to park! Other than paying to park at a hotel I already paid for, it was a pretty nice place to stay. Didnt eat there since downtown was so close and the food in town was great. Only about 10 minutes from downtown.

  The staff was great. We were there for the christmas holiday. When we arrived a staff member helped us with our bags and etc. She just seen us unloading and jumped right in to assist us. This hotel had a full kitchen for us to make christmas diner, however it did need more kitchen cutlery and a can opener. I am sure if we would have called the front desk they would have sent up what we needed. They even provided a loaner wheel chair for a family member. I would use this hotel again.

  We were only there at the hotel for a single night and selected that hotel because it was close to a funeral we were attending. The hotel rating was lower than we would have liked but to be honest I had no problems with the hotel at all. Everything was clean the people were friendly. Thank you!

  Our stay was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are even better! Everything was clean, organized, and well-kept from the rooms, to the gym, to the laundry facility. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.
