  We booked late for a competition at the Gaylord Convention Center. This hotel was in a beautiful, historic area. The surroundings were safe. MANY places to eat and shop. The staff was accommodating and helpful. I would stay again in a second.

  The hotel posted reasonable rates online. Staff members were cordial and nice. Staff offered assistance in making the stay comfortable and friendly. Room was very clean and furniture in very good condition. Location suited nearby restaurants and retailers for ease of shopping and quick dining.

  Bathtub water wouln't shut off water ran all night. Both ice machines were broken for atleast a week. When it rained the water came into the room. Hotel personal was great, bed and pillow were comfortable.

  Excellent for price and easy access to get on hwy. 3 miles from Mt Vernon estate. 2 miles from main st Alex Connected to hotel is the best pastry shop you will ever eat at and one night try the Italian dinners she makes unbelievable.
