  It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but our room smelled like cigarette smoke immediately upon opening the door. Beds were comfortable and location was terrific.

  The overall experience was good. We wanted to be in walking distance of the Mall of Louisiana but it was not. We were disappointed with the continental breakfast. There is a Waffle House nearby that I would definitely recommend going to in lieu of the hotel's breakfast.

  The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The double queen was spacious and clean. We stayed in the main building and the kids loved the glass elevator and indoor/outdoor pool. It is convenient to I-12 so you can be anywhere in the city within 10 minutes. There is a Wow Wingery restaurant now in the hotel, however we did not eat in the hotel.

  Friendly service and comfy bed. Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room this time. Would probably stay again. Like that it's an ALL non-smoking hotel.

  I was very pleased with my overnight stay here. My son's cub scout troop had a camp out on the USS Kidd battleship and this was only a 5 minute drive away. I was also so appreciative of the hardwood floors in the room. It felt like home and we did not have to worry about the smell of dirty old worn out carpet!!! I wish all hotels would make this change. Also great breakfast buffet and very helpful courteous staff. I would definitely stay here again.

  The overall stay at the hotel was great. But the room was near the interstate and the road noise was at times pretty loud to get to sleep.
