I stayed at this hotel Christmas Day between family commitments. I was struck by the coldest of the service at the front desk. I certainly wasn't expecting a hug and presents but an acknowledgement of the day would have helped. I was left with the impression that I was imposing on them. At the price I was paying, you can at least say "Good Morning" or "Good Evening". Nice property, lousy service.
