  I think you need to bring in more help for your people to give peaple the service that is needed . The lady @ the front desk was great she did the best she could to help people with there needs. Also the cleaning ladys look like they could use some . Also early check In would be geat for people who have book rooms for after the Cruise . If a person books a room months out that room should be ready for them at any time .

  We stayed for 2 nights. It was fine, actually better than I had anticipated. The location is good for an early trip to the airport & also good for just exploring the area. Only complaint is the lobby is very busy & always had to wait a long time to talk to anyone - they are so busy checking in people. The breakfast isn't wonderful, but I didn't expect much.....

  I was very satisfied with my stay....staff was very welcoming and accommodating. It was the second time i stayed and would definitely again.
