I think you need to bring in more help for your people to give peaple the service that is needed . The lady @ the front desk was great she did the best she could to help people with there needs. Also the cleaning ladys look like they could use some . Also early check In would be geat for people who have book rooms for after the Cruise . If a person books a room months out that room should be ready for them at any time .

Pretty decent overall. Price was good. Location was good for business trip. Very nice lobby and central atrium. One of those older fancy hotels that have been well-maintained. Friendly staff. However, cons include $9.95 wireless access charges and $15 breakfast buffet. It's as if they're making up their relatively low priced rooms in other ways like airlines. Also worthy of mention: slow drain and yellowish tap water that a person I met for my trip regarded as "brackish Davie water".

you couldn't ask for a better place to stay for the price I got on hotels.com the room was lovely, very clean and we walked right out the door to the beach and the strips activities in ft lauderdale. The hot breakfast was a bonus after a wild night out and the host who was seating you at breakfast was amazing with his personality!!!

I haven't stayed at a Hampton Inn in several years. In addition to the other rating areas covered, I really enjoyed having the breakfast area open for 4 hours every morning [!!] with multiple menu options!

When you first see the hotels lobby you get excited because its beautiful...that's after you pass the trailer park that's LITERALLY across the street. Hotel staff was great tho. I stayed 3 nights on the 4th Floor. Had these giant spotlights from outside in my window so the curtains were drawn the whole time. Don't bother w/ room service food, it was eh at best. If you're hungry I suggest Moonlite dinner down the street. Pools open 24hrs which is cool too. Overall, if you can get passed the shady area, and mediocre rooms, this hotel is pretty decent for the $
