Very close to cruise port and air port. Taxi to hotel from airport around 10.00 to 15.00 dollars. $8.00 cruise shuttle service available thru Hotel. Very convienient. FREE washers and dryers.. makes it a easy to get things clean before you leave. Across street is Wendys, Mcdonalds, a great Thai restaurant, big lots, bealls, grocery store and dollar store. So if you forget something its easy to pick up last minute items. Our hotel room was a smoking room which we did not want but the front desk did what they could to accomodate us, So if you don't want smoking dont get a 5th floor room, Front desk person was super helpful in helping us with the room problem and gave us free breakfast for Holiday Inn next store, ordering dinner( as it was a torrential downpour) and we forgot toothbrush. Will definatley stay here again, ;)

Terrifice economy hotel. clean, safe and a great staff. I will stay here again.

Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful: The shuttle bus driver even went back to the airport after his shift should have ended to retrieve a backpack left behind there. The shuttle was available until around midnight, which was esp helpful considering our late arrival. I was surprised that there was a charge, although it was only about $5, for the breakfast, which I thought was going to be free. It is an older hotel. I felt we received a very fair deal. There is a safe place with a pool in the middle of the building that had beautiful landscaping.

I stayed at this hotel Christmas Day between family commitments. I was struck by the coldest of the service at the front desk. I certainly wasn't expecting a hug and presents but an acknowledgement of the day would have helped. I was left with the impression that I was imposing on them. At the price I was paying, you can at least say "Good Morning" or "Good Evening". Nice property, lousy service.

Lobby area is too small for breakfast time. Not enough room or table to eat. Shuttle to Airport is good. Thought pool was heated but didn't feel like it. Good restrauants within short walking distance or short ride. Only about 8-10 minutes from beach and easy drive.
