Our stay was fine except we requested ground floor as I am handicapped and must have an oxygen generator while sleepting. We ended up up on the second floor in the back, however hotel personnel helped us carry the generator and luggage to our room. The door lock was difficult to operate and the night lock inside was broken.

The rooms are sparse; beds, bathrooms, and a tv. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean. The staff was incredibly friendly, and for an inexpensive overnight stay, it was really a decent place. Also, they are pet friendly, which isn't overly advertised, but is really good to know.

Overall hotel was good. Great view of Lake Havasu. The bed was hard, thankfully we only stayed 2 nights and we able to get home to ours. Breakfast was very nice to have, nothing fancy but filling. Would stay there again,
