They were in the middle of renovations, so there was no breakfast, and the room smelled like paint. But it was brand new (the desk attendant told us we were only the second people to be staying in the room), and fairly nice for that. Once the smell of fresh paint wears off, I think these will be very nice rooms.

Location was great, check in was a breeze. However, I was "upgraded" to a recently renovated room that looked exactly like the room my business associate had that was not an upgrade. I was a bit confused. When the bathroom door is closed, you can see the incomplete tile work and there was also damaged Sheetrock under the sink. Overall, I was very satisfied except to feel that I was mislead at check in.
