  Hotel was nice. The front desk clerk was neither friendly nor very helpful. Overall good experience though.

  We have stayed here before and love the room. We had a great view. I don't think we saw on the description though that there was a $20 parking pass we had to have in order to park anywhere close. It was a secured lot but still wish we knew about the extra $20. They were kind enough to give us the 2nd one free but only because they saw my "displeasure" with the extra money. Overall, a very nice hotel, very nice room.

  Pros: Good bed, clean bathroom & room, good location, low price, large-screen TV w/ HBO. Cons: Spotted one roach in bathroom upon arrival, heater appeared not to work (but temps were moderate anyway).

  Everything was great except the mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows were poor quality. It is hard to sleep with that.

  Our stay was most comfortable, notable the beds were the best I've had in a motel . Our bathrom was clean and well stocked with snowy white linens.The only negative thing I have to say and it is truly a big one is that both the shuttle & our room had an overpowering odor of room fragrance. Even after opening the room window the odor hung in the air. Please stop this practice.
