The room had a strong air freshener smell the entire time. This is my only complaint of the room.

Hotel was nice, staff unhelpfull and rude at times, I had purchased a room that was supposed to include a hot breakfast, and had to argue with staff to get meal vouchers. Also went to staff to ask for towels for the pool and was told if there were none out by the pool then they couldn't help me.

The Hotel was very nice. Hotel Staff was friendly and attentive. Some previous damage in the room was scheduled and addressed during the stay. Beds were a little hard, but wasn't there to lounge in bed all day, so it was bareable! Plenty of space in the den area of the suite to visit with family. Will definitely book another room here when in town to visit family again!

The service at this hotel is average, but the location is what makes the stay worthwhile.

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of this hotel and its amenities. The front desk staff was quite pleasant and helpful. My room was comfortable and well laid-out for my evening and morning work activities.
