  We had a 7 am appointment and selected this hotel as closest to our destination. Staff at reception desk were so courteous. Very convenient to several hospitals.

  We had a great stay. I was delighted to find a complimentary evening meal, especially since I forgot the sandwiches at home. Very nice staff. Wonderful room. The only thing that would have made it better would be a hot tub. Everything was closed on the Monday night we stayed.

  The hotel was quiet and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The pool is small and chilly, but had a hot tub to warm up. The beds were rather hard, but decent pillows. We had a small problem checking in because my name was on the reservation and I didnt have picture ID. So, the hotel had me call Hotels.com and add my husbands name. It took only a few minutes and the person I called was friendly. Since it was booked through Hotels.com, the hotel couldn't fix it themselves. There is a fee to park in their lot which I didn't find on their web-site. Good location.

  The hotel was quite nice. We learned that it was partially closing right after we left for renovations. I have certainly stayed in places that were much more in need of renovation than this hotel was so I expect that it will be great when the renovations are completed.
