Other than parking and traffic in the area, the hotel is fantastic. Will definately go and stay again.

Loved the room, clean and comfortable. All the staff were polite and friendly and helpful. The only issue is parking is a bit confusing, not only where to self park, but also how and where to pay.

The hotel has been very extensively rennovated and is quite nice. The decor is top notch. The staff is friendly. The pool area is very relaxing, but the weather did not let us take advantage of it. The fitness center is a bit cramped but very well equiped. The inexplicable part was the shower. The sink and toilet had been rennovated, but not the shower. It doesn't make any sense to me to have a brand new granite vanity counter top next to 25-year-old ceramic shower tiles.

it was ok overall except my bathroom shower had a leak and my clothes got soaked . the view was bad their was so much trash in the alley and a homeless guy eating out of the trash. and the staff where not that friendly when we checked in . the good things where your shuttle and the driver where vary nice and the bed in my room was cumfy .
