Loved the room, clean and comfortable. All the staff were polite and friendly and helpful. The only issue is parking is a bit confusing, not only where to self park, but also how and where to pay.

As always this is a great place to stay if you need access to the convention center, ballpark, or basketball stadium. Everything is within walking distance. This particular stay there was a problem with the air conditioner. After calling the front desk they were there within 10 minutes and did not fool around. They had a new A/C with them and swapped it within another 10 minutes. This one was fine and we had no other problems. I was very impressed with the response speed, preparation, no questions asked correction of the A/C. We will be back next time we need downtown Houston.

My business partner and I shared a two-bedroom suite and it was perfect for us. Staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. Sometimes well managed hotels just jump off the page and this is one of them. I'ver trraveled a lot over 30 years and can't remember a better hotel stay at any price.

I've stayed in many many hotels for both business and for vacation and I have to say that the front desk staff are the best I have ever come across - they were all excellent. Location is convenient to Galleria and other places. Rooms are what you'd expect from a Marriott. Highly Recommend.

The hotel itself was very clean. The manager was nice. The office chair was broken, but that was the only thing. We even stayed 2 extra nights.
