The hotel was conveniently located by the Marketplace and lots of other hotels. There was a lot of traffic around dinnertime, making it hard to get out and make a u turn. Our air conditioner was set to 60 but the room was warm and the fan blew loudly all night. The pool was nice and the hot tub was large. The staff was smiling as soon as we came through the front door and they were very friendly. The bathroom was so large with a huge corner garden tub/shower. The drain wouldn't stay up in the tub so we had to wedge something in it. The bed was comfortable. We had a "balcony" with a slider that only opened 6 inches so you couldn't go outside. The view was a roof but we weren't there to enjoy the scenery. The decor was pretty and there was a nice fountain out back in a courtyard. I would stay here again.

We got the pirate theme room. It was OK, some cute finishings but it did not WOW us.

The room and bed were very comfortable -- nice TV and great view from the balcony. The added resort fee should be included in the advertised price. Also, we have rarely had to pay extra for a minifridge in the room. Even with the fees, it was still a good buy in the location.

For the price and location, along with the bus service, we were happy. It has been updated since our last visit and was much nicer. We did have to walk to buy a coffee in the morning but otherwise the kids loved the pool area and the Disney experience . I think if Disney continues to maintain their properties, we will continue to bring the kids!

We have stayed here 5-6 times the past several years and like it's proximity to the parks. Six or seven buildings circles a pond and presents a very nice setting and is well situated within DisneyWorld property, close to EPCOT and Downtown Disney. Shuttle service to Disney parks, so don't need a car once there. We stay in the 2 bedroom suites which are good size. Place is showing a little wear (shower stall was difficult to open and close....came off track a couple times). Staff is friendly...can't go wrong with this place....will stay there again
