I was in town on business wanted to be close to the "TROP" Rays game, didn't have a huge budget, it filled the bill, went to the game , got over late 15 innings, the place next door is open until 4am "great food" my only complaint is the AC location in my room didn't allow for good cooling.

Great place to stay. The room was very nice. Nice neighborhood,quite, and walking distance to downtown. The breakfast every morning was excellent.Peter,Kathy and Diane were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend the place. I think anyone would enjoy their stay there. The only regret is we could not stay longer.
