  My stay was great. The hotel is huge. It's brilliantly designed to be a perfect travel hub. The atrium in the hotel is beautiful, almost a surreal environment. As much as its perfectly designed, it just seems to be severely under capacity. The effected elements are the in house food services. I had confusion about what was open when. Everything else was great. I intend to give my future business to them, as I can tell they are improving by leaps and bounds as their business reasonably allows.

  In the bathroom their should be hooks on the back of door and one near tub for a towel.No place to hang anything?????

  Had a busy wknd in Charlotte. This hotel was very convenient to both Uptown and North Charlotte. Even with two weddings parties at the hotel, it was still rather quiet.

  I was here for a short stay for work. I can't comment on breakfast, as I was working nights. The surrounding area lacked any entertainment short of driving 20 minutes. The room was what was to be expected. Simple but clean. As other reviewers had suggested, the AC was a bit on the loud side and seemed to run a lot but was nothing that was so bad that it kept anybody awake. Would recommend for anybody needing an overnight stay near the airport or on a business trip in the area.

  Cenveniently located with shuttle service to/from airport. Hotel restaurant food was also good.

  We had a very GOOD breakfast. We had one room but when we got there my daughter wanted a room of their own and the front desk found us rooms next to each other.

  Nice stay adjacent to TWC Arena. Reasonable walking distance to Mecklenburg Aquatic Center. Transportation hub 1 short block away. Charlotte smells nice, like waffles.
