  I had a stay over at the hotel..the hotel room was clean and the conveneience to food and gas was great. The staff was friendly and nice. My children used the pool and the water was clean and heated because of the winter season. The breakfast was continental and just a quick snack before take-off again for next journey. Its a good stay over hotel. The free wifi was wonderful after staying in a hotel that you had to pay for wifi.

  I enjoyed the location, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the location. This was a very successful trip for me, and I would return to the Microtel the next time I visit the Charlotte area.

  The hotel is great for people traveling with pets. Not so much if you are traveling on business. Room could be cleaner. The top of the Micro-wave was terrible. Bought some disposable wipes to clean some areas. Experienced some itching sympotoms while staying there. .Parking spaces are tight. Room coffee service was not refilled daily so I had to go to the front desk to get refills. Value recieve was good for the price paid.

  the attendant at the lobby was very pleasant and helpful, not to mentioned how polite she was. She was a plus customer service employee
